KM Sealed Edge ESD Wipers are cleanroom wipers knitted with carbon fiber or Kosilveron. Designed for the use of ESD sensitive environment, fabric makes less static build-up while wiping operation than that of conventional wipers. Its edges are also sealed for preventing particle & lint generation and laundered in the class 10 clean laundry system. ESD Wipers are supplied both 100% polyester and Micro-denier fabrics.
- Class 10 compatible clean ESD wipers
- Carbon fibers or Kosilveron are knitted in stripe line
- Laundered and packaged in the class 10 cleanroom
- Sealed edges prevent particle or lint generation
- Double bag packaging prevent cross contamination
- Applications: Class 1~10 cleanroom for Semiconductor, LCD, HDD manufacturing
